OMG, y'all, seriously. Chinese Democracy by, you know, GUNS N ROSES? Is coming out on SUNDAY. SUNDAY. Holy shits.

I feel like I'm annoying everyone in the world with my crazy fangirlness about the whole thing, but I can't help it. The album is getting awesome reviews from everywhere from Rolling Stone to the Onion AV Club. This album is GOOD, and it's going to change things, okay? I don't know what things yet in particular, but they will change because the world needs this album. Yes, I am wearing my crazy pants right now, but that's because I believe in Axl and I believe in this album and I'm SO FUCKING EXCITED that it's all actually happening! And I wish I knew someone IRL that was this excited with me.

I took my co-worker BFF and my regular BFF to the listening party on Monday and they were very patient with me and my excitement. But they didn't really listen, they mostly talked amongst themselves and were generally over it most of the time. They share my excitement because we're friends and we enjoy things with each other, but they don't know how huge this is. They don't know that this has all been Axl's thing for so many years and now it's coming to fruition and I hope it sells a lot and I hope Axl is satisfied with it and OMG OMG OMG. I've loved this band since 1992 and I've never gotten over it and I'm so proud and nervous and yeah. ARGH FANGIRL EXPLOSION!
